I started work on an upcoming project known as Mindbelly, a dissociative horror-romance novella about falling in love with your alter. I'm having lots of fun with it! I've been dabbling in self-hosting websites and software these days too, still learning but it's been pretty fun. I haven't been able to get a website online super well yet, but we'll GET THERE, I think! I'm also going to start learning Raspberry Pi.
I am getting a bird! A cockatoo named Saira. Cockatoos need a significant amount of attention and an owner with specific circumstances to thrive, and thankfully I have all the time in the world to give the little guy. I will be adopting the feathered child very soon.
In terms of media, I'm working my way through Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, which has been amazing, as well as Yellowjackets and some older scifi media like Earth 2 and Cleopatra 2525. I saw my favorite band, Bloc Party, last month, and while concerts suck for my disabled body, it was an amazing experience.
